Use of the Site

The Site provides a free, automated title analysis tool and related educational content for YouTube creators. You may use it for personal or commercial content-creation purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape it at disruptive volume, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

No guarantee of results

The analyzer provides automated, heuristic feedback on writing-quality signals in a title. It does not guarantee, and should not be relied upon to predict, views, click-through rate, search rankings, subscriber growth, or any other outcome. Actual performance depends on many factors outside the Site's knowledge or control, including your thumbnail, audience, and YouTube's own systems.

"As is" basis

The Site and its analysis are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, guides, and underlying code are owned by IQTitle unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or redistribute substantial portions of the Site's content without permission, though brief quotation with attribution is welcome.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IQTitle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to IQTitle's operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where a dispute requires a specific governing jurisdiction to be named, that jurisdiction is the one in which IQTitle's operator is legally established.
