Privacy Policy

This policy explains what IQTitle (“we”, “this site”) does and does not do with information when you use iqtitle.com.

Title analysis data

The title analyzer runs entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. The title you type is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to, or stored on, any server. Closing or refreshing the page clears it completely.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the name, email address, topic, and message you submit are sent through a small server-side script hosted on IQTitle's own web server, which delivers your message directly to our inbox (contact@iqtitle.com) so we can read and respond. That script does not write your submission to a database or any file — it exists only to relay the message to us by email. We use this information only to respond to you and do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Standard server/hosting logs

Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operational purposes. This is standard infrastructure-level logging, not tracking tied to an individual identity.

Cookies and advertising

As of the date at the top of this page, IQTitle does not run any advertising and does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. This site may display advertising from Google AdSense or a similar third-party advertising service in the future. If and when that happens:

• The advertising provider may set cookies or use similar technologies in your browser to help serve and measure ads, and — where permitted — to personalize the ads you see based on your visits to this and other websites.
• You will be able to review and adjust how Google personalizes ads for you at Google Ads Settings, and opt out of interest-based advertising more broadly through the Digital Advertising Alliance's tool at aboutads.info or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu.
• Before showing personalized or non-personalized ads to visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, IQTitle will put in place a Google-certified consent management platform so that consent is requested and recorded in line with applicable law. That consent step is a deployment requirement we're noting here in advance — it is not yet active because no advertising is currently running on this site.

This policy will be updated to name the specific advertising vendor(s) in use at the time any advertising is actually enabled. Nothing in this section should be read as a statement that advertising, ad cookies, or ad personalization are active on IQTitle today.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
